In my case the following solution worked fine...

Go the Phones/Modem option from your control panel. Select the modem which you are going to use for your internet connection. Then right click on it and go for properties. Now click on the advanced TAB.. and past this in the extra initialization command ....


AT+CGDCONT=1, "IP", "gpinternet"
